Tutorials are learning-oriented. Each one takes a persona from empty state to a meaningful outcome. You’ll build something real, not flip through features.

The tutorials

Work through them in this order if you’re setting a new syndicate up from scratch; each picks up where the previous one left off. Pick and choose if you only want the one that matches your role today.

• Set up your first syndicate (admin, ~10 min). The five-step setup wizard, from a new account to a syndicate with one aircraft, a rate set, and an invitation out the door.
  • Skipped the wizard? Set up your syndicate after skipping onboarding (admin) builds the same thing from the admin screens.
• Join a syndicate as a member (member, ~5 min). From clicking an invite link to seeing the syndicate calendar.
• Log your first flight (pilot, ~10 min). Book the aircraft, log the flight, attach a meter photo as evidence.
• Finalise your first month (treasurer/admin, ~20 min). The end-of-month flow: the unfinalised-bookings queue, single and bulk finalisation, a sanity-check on fairness.
• Set up payments and collect from your members (admin). Connect a payment account, get members onto Direct Debit, and take your first collection.
• Share your fleet’s documents (admin). Build the document library and put it on every member’s phone, ready for a ramp check with no signal.
• Upload your pilot medical and licence (member). Add your aeromedical certificate and pilot licence, including the consent step for the medical.
