Viewer
A viewer is a read-only participant in a syndicate. Viewers can see the calendar, the members list, and the assets, but cannot create bookings, log usage, submit expenses, or make any other state-changing action.
The role is useful for family members, prospective members before they commit, trustees, or anyone who needs visibility without authority. Admins can invite a viewer directly, or promote or demote an existing member to or from the viewer role.
Viewers take up no seat and are never charged for. They are not counted against the free tier’s three-member limit or a paid plan’s member allowance, so a syndicate of any size can have any number of them at no cost.
