Attention chip

The attention chip is the small four-field row that appears next to each active member on a syndicate’s Members tab. It tells admins whether the member has uploaded their pilot medical and licence, and, for the medical, when it expires. It is the only thing admins ever see about a member’s pilot documents.

The chip is visible to admins; members do not see other members’ chips. It never includes the certificate file, the document title, the medical class, limitations, or any clinical detail. Admins cannot tap through to view the file.

In the app: shown on the Members tab of each syndicate. See Admin pilot-doc attention view for the exact fields and Who sees what pilot documents for the reasoning.
