Document expiry
A document expiry is the dated cut-off after which a document is no longer current: the expiry printed on an ARC, an insurance schedule, a radio licence, a pilot medical. Most documents in Syndik8 carry an expiry; some do not (Certificate of Airworthiness, the syndicate agreement, a Part-FCL pilot licence).
The expiry drives renewal reminders. Asset and syndicate documents alert at 30, 7, and 1 day before expiry, and again on the day they lapse. Pilot medicals use a more aggressive ladder: 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry. Reminders for asset and syndicate documents go to every admin of the syndicate; medical reminders go only to the pilot.
