Taxi minutes

Taxi minutes is the configured estimate of the time the aircraft spends taxiing at one end of a flight. It is a data-entry aid only: on the Log Flight screen it prefills the bracketing times so a pilot enters two of the four rather than all four. Entering off-blocks fills takeoff (and the reverse), entering landing fills on-blocks (and the reverse), each offset by the taxi value.

Taxi minutes do not affect any charge. They do not feed billing, airborne hours, or airframe hours; airborne time is measured wheels-up to wheels-down, never derived from taxi. (Earlier versions subtracted twice the taxi value from block time to estimate airborne hours; that derivation has been removed.)

Taxi minutes are a syndicate-wide default and can be overridden per asset on multi-asset syndicates. The default is 0 (no prefill offset).
