Pricing
What it is
Section titled “What it is”The Syndik8 paid tier is priced per asset on either a monthly or an annual schedule.
Prices include VAT, and the figure you see is the figure you pay. £24 per asset per month includes 20% VAT (that is £20 plus VAT). Syndik8 is VAT-registered and charges VAT; most syndicates are not VAT-registered, so the inclusive total is the real cost to them. If your syndicate is VAT-registered, the ex-VAT figure is shown alongside so you can reclaim it. Member-facing figures elsewhere in the docs (usage rates, dues, balances) are set by the syndicate, not by Syndik8, and carry no VAT.
Who can use it
Section titled “Who can use it”- Prospect: sees this while evaluating whether the paid tier fits their budget.
- Admin: sees the quoted figure on the syndicate’s Subscription screen on the web version. Any admin can upgrade.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”- Subscription: open the syndicate, go to the Admin tab, and tap Subscription.

Annual billing is monthly times 10, so two months are free over a year.

Behaviour rules
Section titled “Behaviour rules”- Pricing scales per asset. Two assets cost twice one asset. Five cost five times one.
- Annual is monthly times 10. A one-asset syndicate pays £240/year on annual billing (inc. VAT), a saving of two months versus twelve months of monthly billing.
- Prices include VAT. The figure you see is the figure you pay. At checkout the breakdown is shown as £20 plus 20% VAT, totalling £24.
- The syndicate pays, not the members. Subscription cost is on the syndicate, charged to the admin who sets it up. Members are never charged.
- Founding pricing runs alongside the headline rate. Syndicates that qualify for founding pricing pay 50% for two years from their subscription start date: £12/month per asset, inc. VAT.
- Upgrading from free is one-way-per-event. Switching to paid kicks in immediately on successful checkout, and the syndicate’s member and asset limits lift straight away.
- Changing asset quantity mid-period is handled through the Subscription screen on the web.
