Grace period
The grace period is the 14-day window after a paid subscription’s recurring payment fails, during which the syndicate still has full read-write access. The first 7 days show an amber warning on the subscription settings and as a banner; the final 7 days show a red warning. Bookings can still be created, usage can still be logged, members can still be added.
If the failure is resolved within the grace period (typically by fixing the payment method), the warnings clear and billing continues as normal. If the period expires unpaid, the syndicate moves into read-only mode on day 15.
Read access is never revoked at any stage. Members can always see their bookings, balances, and history.
