View an asset's usage history

See the full chronological log of every session recorded against an asset, handy for tech-log review, maintenance planning, and spotting trends.

  • You must be a member or admin of the syndicate that owns the asset.
  • Photo visibility in the history follows the same rules as on a booking. See Usage photo privacy.
  1. Open the Asset detail screen for the asset you want to look at (from the syndicate Assets tab, tap the asset).
  2. Tap Usage History.

The screen opens with every usage log ever recorded against the asset, newest first, in a scrollable list. Each row shows:

  • Date of the flight: the day of its take-off time (or its block start time, when there is no take-off) in your timezone. The date the pilot logged is shown only when no times were recorded.
  • Route (Departure to Arrival, when recorded).
  • A summary column with the engine meter delta (the columns adapt to which measures the asset captures).

Tap a row to open Flight details: the meter’s start and end readings, the start and end of block and airborne time (each under your syndicate’s name for it, such as Brakes off and Brakes on, the same words as the Log Flight form), landings, the pilot, fuel and oil added, notes, and any other fields recorded. The same sheet opens when you tap a flight in a booking’s Usage Logs section.

The departure and arrival airfields show as their codes, such as EGMC. Tap a code, or the info icon beside it, to see the airfield’s full name. A code that isn’t in the app’s airfield list shows on its own, with no icon.

A label too long to sit neatly beside its value, such as a long name your syndicate has chosen for a time, goes on its own line with the value beneath it.

You’ll see a “No usage recorded” empty state with the message Usage logs will appear here once members start logging sessions. Either no one has logged usage yet, or you’re looking at a brand-new asset.

  • Photos do not appear next to logs: syndicate photo sharing is off, and you are neither the log’s uploader nor an admin. That’s expected. See Usage photo privacy.
  • A log you remember saving is missing: check the booking directly. Logs recorded offline sync when the device reconnects.
