Annual discount
The annual discount is Syndik8’s incentive to pay yearly rather than monthly. The annual rate per asset is exactly 10 times the monthly rate: the equivalent of two months free per year.
A single-asset paid syndicate pays £24/month or £240/year, including VAT. A three-asset syndicate pays £72/month or £720/year. The discount applies identically to founding pricing: the founding annual rate is the founding monthly rate × 10.
Switching between monthly and annual billing mid-term is handled on the Subscription screen on the web.
